Distance from ski stations : 2 minutes to the famous resort Les Grands Montets  (the main high altitude ski area in Chamonix) and the village of Argentière, 5 minutes to the resort du Tour, to the Chamonix Golf Resort and to Chamonix center. This is the perfect spot for true lovers of alpine skiing. It is a beautiful location for outdoor lovers and has easy access to walks, mountain biking and the close by Aiguilles Rouges national park.

The chalet has been fully renovated in 2008, the floor area represents 120 square meters with 6/7 rooms, including a modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a large design wood burning stove in the lounge area. This creates the perfect welcoming atmosphere for those aprés ski drinks and romantic evenings. Together with the wonderful views of the sun setting on Mont Blanc, this all serves to bring home the real charm of Chamonix .

There are 3 levels:

Each level has its own bathroom + toilets, including 1 fully equipped with a Japanese bath and double Italian showers.

Sleeping accommodation is divided into 1 suite (level 3) and 2 rooms (level 1). The level 1 is fully independent with its own kitchen, living room and bathroom /wc and can be booked separately.

The wood Terrace with its outdoor furnishings is localized in the south part of the chalet with a fantastic view of the Mont Blanc.
